Would give a 0 if I could, they left my clothes dirty (I’m certain they didn’t even clean them) the customer service was terrible, as they did not wish to fix their wrong doing or give a refund? Just waisted my money for no reason! Spend your money elsewhere! Not a good business at all

Karen is really nice and helpful, clothes came out great and completely dry too. Zero complaints. The machines were clean and so was the overall place!

When I change my bedding i'd much rather pop in here, throw the bedding on with the colours, half an hour or so for the wash cycle, so either walk home for a cuppa or have a coffee next door at the Costa, either put three quid in a dryer, twenty minutes later; a full king size set, extra pillow cases, fitted double sheet and a fluffy bath towel all dry and warm, or if it's one of those weeks, only two quid, not quite dry, hang it over a clothes horse at home for the rest of the day. A few years ago I thought a huge four seat sofa in cream was a good idea. The fitted cover is so big, when it gets wet it's actually too heavy for my washing machine, but the washing machines here don't have the same issue, they just click and go, go, go. Same for the dryer, like it's just socks and pants a-tumbling. Always staffed, always clean, no dodgy change machines. This is a laundrette that goes up to 11.

This is terrible!! Worst service ever took to get these coats cleaned and they came out looking like this still dirty and then called every single day to be told the manger will call us back and refuse to clean it and say you’ve left it to long when we called every day after receiving this and they did nothing would not recommend at all!! Wasted money and time !!!!

Amazing. I was carrying food containers and didn’t realise I had spilled food oil down my north face puffer jacket. I was absolutely heart broken as this was a vintage piece. I managed to drop my coat in at 4pm on a Sunday, and went back at 1pm Monday to collect my coat. They’ve taken every care to repair the stains and my coat looks as good as new. The clerks were especially kind and helpful which made my experience all that better too.

Would give less than one star if I could. Terrible service, clothes left dirty after paying for dry cleaning. RUDE staff. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE, so unprofessional

Really friendly staff!I needed to get a suit jacket dry cleaned and both when I handed it in and collected it I was met by friendly and organised staff.The dry cleaning was also efficiently done and for a good price.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I took in three coats for dry cleaning, two came out FILTHY! I called straight after picking them up complaining, they said to bring back in, i did 48hours later as I couldn’t get back there as I do not live locally. I took them back and they said I had brought in a different coat to the original even though their company dry cleaning label was on it from where they had “cleaned” it. I asked them to get CCTV up to show it’s the same coat, and to talk to the manager neither was permitted!!! They said they wound call back on Monday after they had contacted the dry cleaners about THEIR mistake and they did not call me. I rang them Monday they said they would call me back, no call back. I called them Tuesday, they said they would get back to me . No call back. I call them Wednesday and they say that I HAVE LEFT IT TOO LATE!!!!!!! I have paid nearly £50 and was refused a refund for the coats they did not clean, which they even admitted that the coat i brought in was not one of the one the dry cleaners cleaned, which was their mistake!!!!!! The customer service was AWFUL, was given no portion to directly talk to management, no refund or re wash offered, and to top it off when I went to pick up my coats the first time the lady gave me cash and asked me to run to coffee shop for her, which i didn’t mind but the whole thing is so embarrassingly unprofessional!
