Wouldn't put a split pin into a car key . Tried conning me into buying a new key case for £50.00. The employee had an attitude. Would not recommend.

bad service from staff, wouldn’t take on a job 1 hour from closing time because I came in “too late”. Adjust your closing times if that’s how you do business

Popped in this morning for a battery repair using my lifetime guarantee card. Brilliant service, popped into cafe in Sainsburys whilst the battery was replaced. Chap behind desk in Timpsons was really polite, friendly, great service!!

2 stars is for timpsons not the branch. Branch staff are very nice. Took a suit for dry cleaning. 48 hour service is flexible by the way it was 4 days to collect. Suit came back dirtier than it went, covered in hair and fluff. But now also has a white thumb print on the pants? Waiting on a reply to my complaint.

Timpson's, situated in Sainsbury's car park off Rhuddlan Road, Rhyl, he's the answer for everything from dry cleaning to key cutting, shoe repairs, photo processing, passport pictures and even mobile phone repairs according to its shop sign.

What an arrogant p@@@@ at Sainsbury’s car park, Rhyl .tried phoning loads of times (8) to see if our items were ready to collect,,, no answer,, I drove all the way there,,and as I walked in he was looking at his mobile phone,, I called the number as I walked in and the company phone rang right next to him,,, he didn’t answer,10 yrs ago I’d have dragged him over the counter,,,,, Avoid this waste of space, use another supplier,,, never again

Somewhere I've seen an adverse review about Jonny. WRONG!!! Just been there for a new watch battery - he apologised that prices were not cheap" but neither was my watch hence happy. Polite
