Even though it rained the whole evening , the concert was excellent. The park is big enough to hold events but small enough to make it feel intimate. Excellent atmosphere

A well-sited bandstand with benches, walls and grassy banks if you don't bring a chair. The bands are always good and the park café is near. Part of the perfect Colchester afternoon.

Best ever park for all the family colchester Castle Park very clean plenty of benches to sit down and rest ponds to watch pond fish in it. Lovely to walk around beautiful flowers in Park. Kids playground is very big with play area for all ages. Sand pit for younger children. Grassy area for children to play ball games could spend all day there would highly recommend worth a vist
