Autoworks Repair

These seemed to be nice genuine people at first, We took the car in from a crash they give us the quotes and we sent it to insurance company we thought perfect car went in for a week to be done for repairs quoted,when we got home on a closer inspection they had not done the works that was quoted for only done the bumper and headlight. As opening the bonnet we noticed the crash bar had not been replaced but they had used a bar to pull it out and damaged the radiator while doing that so rang insurance company they told us to talk to the garage they agreed the job needed rectified so car was in for another week and he assured us the work would be done properly this time.So we was happy thought everything was OK until we had to get recovered from the motor way as car was smoking as it at over heated, taken to another trusted garage and told they had not wired the car up properly from putting the new radiator in the battery had blown the car was over heating we was just lucky we pulled over 70ph down a motor way with no air bags connected and abs not wired up so could of locked on.We rang the garage to explain what they had done the garage that had to fix there mistake spoke to him and he came out twice while they was working on the car. And video called the other garage while work was getting carried out and admitted to garage that the worker didn't know how to put in a radiator.We offered that he sorts it out by paying half the bill what we had to pay for there mistakes they had made. He then started being rude and belittling.Telling us to prove that they did the bad work.We have a lot of picture and video evidence and a expert report of before and after we also have an inspector from insurance company coming out to review it all, if the garage would like to reconsider the actions they taken yesterday get in contact you have our number. I have lost 2 weeks of earnings from the car being in the garage and £378 to rectified there faults, looking through there estimate yesterday with an expert they've only done 40% of the work quoted.

Took my car in for some jigging and general repairs. Job was quoted almost instantly with transparency towards what work would need to be completed as well as an estimate in timeframe. The job was completed quicker than the specified time frame and the work was absolutely brilliant. 1 of 1 repair and cannot tell it’s even been damaged ! Booked in easily, really friendly and professional service. Had both sides of the car dented and needed quite a lot doing, was a good and fair price. Took a bit longer than expected but car looked immaculate on collection and they had it cleaned inside and out. Really happy with it. Thank you!
