Only only a minor shunt with Third Party reversing into me the service and communication from Springbok was excellent. The whole operation, including my car being picked up from my home address and then delivered back there took 6 days in total. It looks like a first rate job and on the basis of this experience I would thoroughly recommend Springbok Garage in Tooting.

There service is excellent and they are very flexible in terms of reschedule I was having trouble getting a hire car and they even went to the lengths of phoning the companies themselves to try and get me one. They phoned me various times to make sure I had a car before taking mine in and managed to squeeze me in just before the end of summer holidays to make sure I got my car back quickly, bodywork repair was professionally done and months down the line no complaints.

Extremely excellent service from start to end. Telephone and in service of garage was 5 star service. My car on collection was cleaned and looked brand new. I definitely recommend.

Recently used Springbok Garages following an accident. They really looked after us in terms of picking up and dropping off the car. The work they did to restore the car to its previous self was of extremely high quality. They were also very kind with their time to explain the issues. All done within a very reasonable time frame. Very happy.

Thank you to Springbok for dealing with the repairs of my car.The place itself was clean and very well organised, even with customer parking.When working on the car itself, they used plastic and other materials to protect the interior and carpets. This wasn't needed in my opinion but it was a nice touch!The overall service was OK. The only thing I would personally say is some of the staff could atleast smile and greet at you directly when you have the initial point of first person contact. I won't be naming them, but a smile and conversation can go a long way! But we all have bad days.
