I have tried several different treatments including hot stone and deep tissue massage, and reflexology, and each one has left me feeling renewed and revitalised. Lara is a beautiful soul and she always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Great value for money treatments and definitely worth making the time in your week for. Highly recommended.

Lara is the best therapist I have ever had work on my body. Her skills of massaging are exemplary. No matter how much tension I have and knots in my shoulder and back Lara works her magic every time. Her voice is softly spoken and this adds to the wonderful experience of a treatment and eases you into relaxation. After a very tough atherstone ball game this year i was acheing all over and in desperate need of a massage. I attended indigo lotus on thursday and left feeling like a new man. I had a hot oil massage and the pressure was great just how i needed it with being a little bruised in places. Couldn't recommend it enough and i will be back.Thanks Lara, great work.

I went for a deep tissue massage with Lara after working from home at the dinning room table during lockdown had wrecked my back, Lara was wonderful she took time to get to know what my needs were and provided an amazing massage that eased my problems, I will continue to use her and looking forward to trying other treatments.
