I've been to Emily a few times now for a foot MOT. Always professional yet friendly service. She is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease and my feet feel fabulous after treatment. Highly recommended!

I was struggling with pain in my ankle and I made an appointment to see Veronica who did bio-mechanical / gait analysis assessments. The prescribed insoles immediately made a difference and improved my strength and reduced pain in my ankle. I have had three further reviews and have now been discharged with continued exercises to continue to build my ankle strength. Veronica is very knowledgeable, very experienced, is clear and non-judgemental (when i don't do my exercises). Great to get expert advice which has made a significant difference. Will book an appointment in 12 months to check if the insoles need to be replaced and if the strength has returned fully. I have just had treatment at Footprints Kirkham for a ingrown toe nail.Emily carried out the treatment and she was wonderful. She put me at ease with her infectious sense of humour. Before i knew it the treatment was over its only the next day and i feel 100% better. I would recommend Emily to anyone truly 5 star service.

Emily is a star. She makes you feel totally at ease and really knows her business. She has a tremendous sense of humour and I will be back for a full foot MOT. Can’t speak highly enough of the practice.

I’m so nervous and have the biggest phobia to feet, so when I needed my toe nail sorting out, I went to Emily at Footprints who was recommended to me!She and the other staff I met made me feel at ease straight away and reassured me that it was all going to be ok. Emily was absolutely amazing, I was so nervous, but she talked me through exactly what we needed to do and even though it probably took double the time than what it would normally- she really didn’t mind and didn’t rush me at all!I’ve since been back again and it’s comforting to know that you’re being well looked after- I definitely now wouldn’t go anywhere else. Emily and all the staff do a fantastic job so a massive thank you to you all!
