The Clubhouse Hotel and Restaurant
Clean and tidy room. Good facilities in the room. Bed was just too soft for our liking. For golfers it's an ideal location to The Championship course. No breakfast on site, but I guess you can take or make your own, or get something at the clubhouse.

Room was clean and OK. We had booked for 3 guests but the room was only prepared for 2. We had to squeeze all into one bed. As there was no staff on site (neither in the evening nor in the morning!!!) the rating is 1 star only.

Best hotel you can stay in Nairn is the Clubhouse hotel and the West End Hotel!! Always provide excellent service and Food!! Rooms are Fantastic and suburb!! Very clean and stay is so comfortable and cosy!! Will come back here for my third stay soon!!

Nice hotel but unfortunately unmanned during weekends. We arrived on a Sunday at 5 pm but managed to be checked in 45 minutes later. Even if we phoned the provided number, nobody answered. It was only when we phoned the ‘sister hotel’ (where breakfast is served sat&sun) that we finally got our keys. The room wasn’t ready with the additional bed we had reserved for our 14 y-o son. Needless to say nobody was around, so we had to do it ourselves. Funny enough, when we self-checked out the following morning, there was a message left for someone ‘to make sure to give the guests the front door keys’ because somebody had been locked out the night before. Considering that there were two 100.000£ Land Rover parked at the back, a wee bit more personnel could be hired.

Not very good at all!! Room was nice and spacious if a bit cold.... BUT the bathroom was freezing as was the restaurant. The food was good but we couldn't wait to leave for being cold. We ate with our coats on!! The towels were not changed once in 6 days (5 nights). I understand it was new year but for the price we paid the rooms should have had minimal service!! We will NOT be back!!

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here, rooms are great as well as parking, but once arrived here I had to wait 20 minutes before being able to check in as the hotel was deserted and reception was away so I had to call the number that after a few rings diverted to a personal mobile. I’m sure this is an exception but it has been my experience nevertheless. Furthermore kitchen was closed so I could not dine in and neither I could have breakfast, hence my disappointment.

Room didn't have AC and it was hot. Holes in the bathroom ceiling. The staff is very friendly and the food delicious.

Decent hotel for Nairn. A bit expensive for the facilities. The same range hotels in a city would give many things in room - like microwave, balcony etc. But it runs on a small town so may be.
