Appointment got cancelled when they found out I was a male. Very unsure why as men and women have the same eyelashes. Seems very discriminatory.

Raluca is literally a godsend for all my needs. I have been going to her for my waxing, eyebrow threading and tinting and lash lifts for almost 2 years now and I literally cannot trust anyone else! The waxing is so quick and precise, and my eyebrows and lashes have never looked so good. I genuinely could not recommend her/this studio anymore.

Loved my eyebrows, the technician even advised me against what I asked for, very honest, had the customers‘ best interest in mind. I thought I wanted a trim but she told me it wouldn’t suit me and she was right! I loved my eyebrows.

Kata is very professional and friendly. Good service for my hollywood wax. Maybe it will be nice to have lighting a little less bright and some candles or inses and relaxing music? But happy with experience.

I came for a brow threading appointment. The process was a little more painful that I was accustom to but fine nonetheless. However once finished, I noticed there were 5-6 small pin like marks where the hair follicles were around my brows, and that the skin had been damaged there. The lady said it was just marks from the thread and should fade by the end of the day (even though the skin surface was clearly damaged). Several days later and they have scabbed over and will take several more to recover. That was unsatisfactory and I will not be visiting this establishment again.
