I recently visited 39 Desserts in Sheffield and indulged in their waffles with ice cream - an absolute delight! The combination was superbly done, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The place offers a wide array of desserts, ice creams, and pastries, providing ample choices for every sweet tooth. The variety they offer is impressive, and the quality of the desserts is top-notch. A must-visit spot for dessert lovers in Sheffield!

We struggled to see menu, you need to have phone and scan barcode. Desserts look delicious and taste nice. I paid £2 to get extra topping cream and surly it wasn't big diffrent beetween two orders.

First visit today to this disgusting 39 desserts Sheffield.I will never be coming back would rather go to heavenly dessert 100% over these. We was seated on a dirty table not even been wiped down properly, staff very unprofessional over heard them using swear words whilst having a conversation on shop floor amongst them self’s. Finally we was served our order with melted down ice cream which was like colour water looked disgusting. Straight away we called over manager and expressed we wasn’t happy to accept what was given to us. Was told noting can and we can’t even get a refund on an item which we are not happy with. I would advise avoid going here you will be disappointed.Please see the image the mess we was served by them

Absolutely careless response from the serving girl!!!The girl who called the order number didn't even bother to pack my order or even asked me for a bag or cup holders. She knew it that I couldn't carry 4 x milkshakes. Absolutely appalling service, it wasn't busy though, also the milkshake was not blended properly we couldn't sip it because the lazy staff couldn't even bother to blend it properly, I wonder why my order was quickly made!!!Management needs to get mature staff who could handle it properly!!!Definitely do not recommend!!

39 Deserts is situated at Vally Centertaiment Sheffield.Large selection of deserts were on display during this visitvisit. had the Canadian waffles with ice cream, Watermelon and Mango sorbet. Oreo ice cream and Half and half cookie dough. All came in portions big enough to satisfy anyone's cravings.Large menu to choose from using the QR scanning system on the tables.Easy access for disabled and pushchairs as the venue is situated at street level.Seating is allocated on arrival. Just wait at the entrance for an available table.A cashless system is in operation at the venue, but on this occasion, their system wasn't taking mobile payments, so the now old fashioned card in the slot and pin entry needed to be used.A second visit 3 weeks later saw the same payment problem.s visit.Spacious seating booths can easily fit 6 adults, the venue was clean and tidy, and a large variety of deserts and ice cream were on display to choose from. Staff were pleasant, polite, and smartly turned out in their uniforms.It is easy to find lots of car parking spaces but can get full at peak times due to all the other entertainment and eating venues in the area, disabled spaces close to each of the venues. I didn't see any EV charging stations on thisOther venues on site include Bella Itallia, Wagamama, Miller and Carter, Five Guys, Burger King, Chiquito, Frankey and Benny's, Nandos, Pizza Express, Subway, Hollywood Bowl, Cineworld, Lazerquest, Monkey Business and Paradise Island Adventure Golf.Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will be helpful for others.

Desserts to die for! Loads of choice - waffles, crepes, Sundaes etc, smoothies & hot drinks... made fresh to order. Parking at Valley Centertainment is hit & miss & depends how busy it is (a nightmare if there's something on at the Arena!)

Brilliant dessert to round off a day of bowling, shopping and dinner. Good, friendly & attentive service and even better food. A great treat, not overly expensive either. 2 waffles, 2 scoops of ice cream & 2 drinks £25.

Visited this evening a purchased a cheesecake. It wasn’t creamy, and had a yellow exterior. I spoke to a manger who told me it was not old and was fresh but couldn’t explain why it was yellow? No refund offered, didn’t offer to get me something else, simply walked off. I’ve been here multiple times before, and it’s become so overpriced and the staff don’t care

Great selection of desserts and was able to customise my order to be what I wanted. The staff were friendly and we were served quickly.

A special treat as part of an extended birthday celebration. The quality is always good, the staff are friendly and helpful.The desserts are delicious, we had waffle with strawberry and banana, strawberry cheescake, chocolate brownie with a side of pistachio gelato and a cookie dough and fresh strawberries with mint chocolate chip ice-cream.Their lemon and mint mocktail is divine and so refreshing in the hot weather.A clean, relaxed environment.
