I found there staff really nice and friendly there shop very nice displayed with plenty of nice things and would use them again in the future from Phillip Taylor

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Will never shop there again. Went in and bought perfume for me and aftershave for hubby ready for a funeral tomorrow. Got home and opened the box of hubby's and it was the wrong bottle. He sprayed it once to see if it was the same scent and bottle had just changed but wasnt correct. Went back to shop within less than an hour to swap it but shop assistant refused as box had been opened. Pointed out that there was no way of knowing from the box that it was the wrong one (we showed her the right bottle of what we had left at home) she then began stating that we knew which one it was that we had chosen as we had got her to spray it for us in the shop. That's an absolute lie, check your cctv from 18/13/19 at 14:28 you didnt spray sod all for us! If it had been sprayed we would have questioned the fact that it was a different bottle and the wrong scent!! Absolutely disgusting arguing with your customers and outright lying about what happened. Wont ever use them again and warn others to stay clear!!!
