Terrible experience. Was greeted with Can I 'elp you mate?". Since when did Royal Mail become so laissez-faire? I'd unknowingly bought a stamp which was a few days out of date. Royal Mail wanted a handling charge of £2.50. I got annoyed because it had taken them 3 weeks to try and delivery this item. So the man (irritating little balding fella) threatened to have my mail cut off. I had no idea the Post Office had a policy which allowed staff to be rude and vindictive. Which reminds me
