Regular user of Maldon store for past 4 years. Used to be a pleasure to go there, but over the past 6 months or so it has deteriorated. Staffing levels seem inadequate and today was the final straw when a stressed member of staff commented upon my voiced displeasure with you don't have to shop here"....says it all. Going to get a Tesco Clubcard and they will be getting my money from now on."

Quick stop to Morrisons and couldn't believe they didn't have the tin fish I wanted I asked one of the staff if they had it and he looked at me like I was from another planet, I thought while I'm here I'll get some petrol until I noticed it was the dearest I'd seen since the end of covid £ 160.9 per litre a garage not more than 5 miles from there was £152.9 a litre. WONT RUSH BACK !

Entrance often smells like drains. Feels dirty in the store. Staff seem miserable and disinterested. The shop is consistently understaffed so this is understandable... I wouldn't be happy, either. Security guards spend most of their time talking to the younger female shop assistants. Items are always priced wrong and seemingly this is the customer's fault. Car park is always littered with rubbish, which ends up in the stream and the public footpath areas surrounding the store.

Absolutely disgusted by the cafe today. Two orders to one table - each with a free kids meal. One order of chicken nuggets for a 1 year old should not take 45 minutes when the child cannot be consoled? The order was seen to be put in the oven as we asked where it was. Food was eventually brought over in a takeaway box as the mother was clearly distressed while staff member tried to engage by laughing at the child. Both orders were placed at the same time and are now all cold in the back of the car while children are driven home.

I bought 3 chicken items for £10. Knowing there can be issues I asked the miserable checkout operator if it worked. No, she said I had one item not included as higher weight, I said ok, I will change. When I got to the fridge it's included, took photo and told her. She almost frog marched me back to fridges even she looked confused, and she then took the labels off the shelf. Manager agree with her. I logged a complaint with the head office and they are just rude. Never again!One more thing...they don't reply to complaint, only good reviews, that says everything about them!! STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE MORRISONS!!

Morrisons Diss... a three legged greyhound, runs better!!! Opens at 6am walk in at 7:15. No hot food, sandwiches still being placed on shelves? And all there time spent moving stuff around, rearranged for keeping shoppers in!! No as a worker, walk in grab something to start your day and go!!!

Got some hot food, which in all fairness was ok. As for the man who served me, well this was a different story!! Grumpy attitude, and my view rude and needs more people skills for a job serving general public.

Went in for 3 items, found a basket and came out with 12. Produce is fresh and o the shelf . Only 4 stars cos I spent more than I wanted. Would have been 5.

The staff you do have in attendance were excellent, and very professional shame there is not more on the floor as they are running round like headless chickens and clearly over worked !!! Now to the main reason why you get a 1 star of which gives me no pleasure at all , your cafe is a lovely big area with a bucket load of equipment in and yet I was astonished what I was served up costing over £11 meal consisted of 1 piece of cake a chicken burger and a cup of tea , Now you claim to have stores stocking great local produce and great foods from the UK/Ireland, why in you cafe do you serve the cheapest products, where is your pride in your products the cafe should be the biggest advertising of Morrisons foods and what you represent!! However your menu is lacklustre at best and the quality is shocking, its very sad to see what your supermarket cafe has become in short a rip off !!! I'm very sorry to write this this daming view as I'm sure you have some very hard working people in the store that put their heart and sole in to the job , Management sort your cafe out !!!! Again not the staff ,Your quality of produce!!!!
