Cold called my elderly neighbours who are ill - insisted what is a listed building which had no problems would benefit. Why?? What benefit if it had no problems? None! On asking where they had the phone number from the young lady said they bought lists. My neighbour paid £700 deposit they could ill afford. The work has now been cancelled (within the cooling off period) in the nick of time as work was due to go ahead almost immediately. Watching with interest to see if they pay back the deposit!! Buyer beware.... this is typical of heavy selling on the elderly and vulnerable.

Avoid this company at all costs.... They charged my 79 year old dad an extortionate amount of money for what they claim is a waterproof coating which they paint on your brickwork, I only found out when it was too late to cancel so the job went ahead, they missed patches all over the place and had to come back to sort it. Some months later my dad had another cold call offering him some super duper new loft insulation which they convinced him he needed and took a deposit of £500 to get the job booked in, luckily my dad showed me the invoice the following weekend & i was amazed how they were managing to charge over 4 thousand pounds to insulate his 20 x 40 meter loft. We tried to cancel the cheque at the bank on Monday morning that he wrote out for them Friday and it had been cashed and cleared already, i contacted them to cancel as we were in our cooling off period and is was spoken to very rudely and told they would refund the deposit. As you can expect that didn't to plan either as i had to chase it up on many occasions. They keep ringing my dad and are getting rather rude when he tells them he is not interested and to stop ringing him....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. THIS COMPANY TARGET THE ELDERLY. They came very close to ripping off my 70-year-old widowed, disabled mother. They cold called her & after they had established several times that she lived alone, she agreed to let them come and look at her property. The rep that came out after doing a very cursory inspection OUTSIDE the house, told her that her house had horrendous rising damp and the product they were selling would rectify it almost immediately. He scared her into believing that if she did not fix the rising damp her house would devalue & be almost impossible to sell. My mother being worried about this agreed to this company doing the work to ‘fix’ the so called ‘problem’. Firstly the inspection took less that 5 minutes & secondly you don’t look for rising damp outside of a building!!So then the rep then took £1000 upfront as deposit for the work to start three days later.My sister and I became very concerned about this & we decided to call 2 local, respected builders to come and look at mums property. Both builders confirmed that there was in fact absolutely nothing wrong with my mothers property, no rising damp whatsoever. This rep had blatantly lied through his teeth to her. If we had not of stepped in, this company would have ripped her off for almost £3000 in total doing something the house DID NOT need. Please be aware they are very good talkers both in person & on the phone. Fortunately we got Mums money back because we we’re savvy enough to get it checked out by someone we trusted. But I’m guessing many more older people haven’t been that lucky.

They seem to target the elderly at weekends when little can be done to cancel unless you know what to do, which with the aid of my family I was able to do. Please do NOT sign anything until you have had advice from an independent builder. I was told that I would not be able to sell my house in the future as my rising damp was very serious, I was frightened into agreeing a lot of money to have the work done. Thankfully my family stepped in and persuaded me to cancel although I was already concerned. I then called my regular builder who knows my house who informed me that it was rubbish and there was nothing wrong with my damp course. Please do take advice and don’t do what I did, get an outside consultation, don’t listen to very a persuading salesperson. Believe me if I could put a minus in front of the stars I would. Be warned!!!!

I had this company come and 'weatherproof' the front of my house. Now, they painted the render with their special paint and did a great job - no complaints from me about that. However, the deal was that they also protect the brickwork with their product, which was either accidentally missed, the product didn't work or they just plain couldn't be bothered (they did my neighbour's house, and we're semi-detached). I called them and they said they would sort it out. Since then I've heard nothing from them - I've called and they don't answer the phone, I've sent a few emails, I've contacted them through their Facebook page and website and heard nothing in return.So in short, if they actually do the job, then their workmanship is great and I have no problem with that. But if they don't do what they promised, then good luck getting in touch. I'm off to explore what I can do to get some of my money back - wish me luck!

We continually receive calls from this company asking for a 'Mr Kenny' despite telling them every time that nobody called 'Mr Kenny' has lived at this address for at least 20-30 years. The woman on the other end of the line was very rude indeed. One more call and we will be pursuing action against the company as they are clearly not adhering to GDPR requirements.

After being cold called on the door step they then kept ringing and when I read other reviews that they keep pestering I asked them to take me off the database and not call again when they called agian I politely asked them not to call again as I had read the reviews and Liam was so rude. I have never been spoken to by a company that was trying to sell products in such a rude way. He told me he would definitly keep my number and keep calling to annoy me. My parents elderly next door lady was taken in by the weatherproofing and they did not give her any time to change her mind they just came the next day and sprayed her walls. The product also went all over my parents car which was parked next door. Awful company preying on elderly people and extremely rude people.

We're not trying to sell you anything" says the unwanted cold call (which calls practically everyday). They then go on to give you an estimate. Why trust a company that lies? Why trust a company that thinks you're stupid? Why trust a company that needs to cold call to get business? Absolute bunch of idiots! I hope their call center staff go on to find better jobs than harassing people all day! Complaint sent to TPS."

Have TWICE preyed on my elderly grandma both times managing to get a deposit out of her. The most recent today. They were informed last year not to contact again and yet again have done so. Will be going to BBC Watchdog and think other reviewers should do the same especially where elderly people are concerned. They are no better than the tradesmen who drive people to the bank to get cash!!

We have had 2 external walls coated with waterproof coating, to prevent penetrative damp. The company was easy to deal with. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with efficiently. The staff I spoke to were friendly. The treated walls look so much better brighter cleaner. It appears to be an excellent job. I'm hoping it will prove to be efficient time will tell.My only reservation is the cost. It is extortionate. Weather proof approached us from lists of people who were given free cavity wall insulation on a grant from the government. I regret now that we didn't get 3 quotes to compare the price. I do not believe the product costs the amount we were charged. I know there's lots of over heads, labour, travelling, sales rep, office staff costs. They used our water, on a meter, our electricit. Factoring in their overheads, it is an extortionate amount of money to have been charged. We are pensioners not made of money. I know we have no come back, we signed the agreement and paid. I just feel gutted , that we handed over such a large sum of money. I would advise others to get at least 3 quotes.
