After myself and a neighbor discovered mice in our 3rd floor flats and the factors refused to help, I was recommended Brian by a colleague. He fit in time to come to both our homes very quickly, explained how they were getting in and what he was going to do. He blocked the entry ways, set bait and traps and neither of us have had a problem since. Super friendly, helpful and much cheaper than others for the same service. Cannot recommend him more if you have any pest issues since he has two decades experience too!

Brian was very informative and helpful right from the first phone call I made to him. I had concerns of something in my loft, he came out the same day. Gave everywhere a thorough check and much to my delight there were no signs of any pests. No corner of my loft was left unturned and he even checked the exterior of my building. Brian was great when we suspected we had mice in the walls. He came out very quickly and thoroughly searched all the spaces in the house including the attic. Traps were set and within 5 days Brian had visited another 2 times and the problem was gone. He also found where they were coming in from and closed it up for me. Friendly and efficient service, I highly recommend.

We had a problem with mice. Sure enough Brian came out same day and set up traps! Not only was he super professional and kind, he was cheaper than other companies and done a great job! Ill be forever grateful for such a wonderful service. Cannot recommend enough!! This guy will take care of your house as if it was his own.

Showed up on time, worked well with the solar company to get a pigeons nest out from under the solar panels. Done a risk assessment and used chemicals on roof to protect building. Done a professional job would highly recommend.

Can't thank Brian enough for helping us deal with our rat situation. Initially we weren't 100% sure if we were dealing with a mouse or a rat and spent a small fortune on various traps with no success. After finding a dropping and feeling certain it was a rat I decided enough was enough and we needed professional help. I found Brian from his positive Google reviews and they were spot on. Called on Sunday and he was out first thing Monday, confirmed it was a rat and set up traps, was back in a week and confirmed had been at some of the bait which we thought was the case as could no longer hear it, Brian also filled up some potential access points. Brian was also really friendly to our little girls who were very curious at what he was doing. Would 100% recommend.

We suspected we had squirrels in our loft, a quick Google search and discovered BRC were local and from the outset it was clear that Brian was very knowledgeable! He came out the same day and confirmed it was squirrels. He was really friendly, reliable and efficient and was sensitive and discreet during the removal process. He also did a temporary repair to the area they were getting in and was very reasonably priced. Fantastic service and would happily recommend him.

Brian helped us out with a nasty maggot infestation in our food waste bin. He phoned me back swiftly and was out at my house a few hours later. Really informative and professional service for a good price. I would definitely give him a call if we ever had a problem again with pests. Far better than using large corporations :)
