As a very nervous person with a fear of dentists, I have to say I was instantly put at ease by all the lovely staff, from the receptionist to the nurses. Each procedure was explained by Dr Pairta and her Tech Jennifer who answered all my questions and were very patient.The whole facility was clean, bright and welcoming making me feel so much better.

I have been to see Dr Esen 3 times now , the work she has done is brilliant, the staff are all friendly . I would highly recommend smiles at East Grinstead and have done, to my family members . My one problem is their emailing system, it is to small to read .

Dr Esen is very professional and friendly, her dental assistant Sienna was great too. I am very happy with my active aligners, all my questions were explained properly of the whole process. I can’t wait to see how my teeth will look. Highly recommend smiles!

My first visit at East Grinstead Smiles was beyond my expectations. The practice is immaculate and staff are just lovely. They will do their best to get you as earlier an appointment as possible. I came to EG Smiles for a second opinion after being extremely upset by my NHS dentist and the options I was given (which was to extract two of my teeth). Dr Emel was brilliant and so attentive - she provided me with alternative options, which didn’t even mention any extractions. She took her time to explain everything and answered all my questions and was so kind. Her assistant Amber was equally lovely and made sure my 4 year old was ok throughout my examination. I’ve already booked my hygienist with them. Highly recommend.

I took my 2 year old daughter to see Dr Esen for her first dental checkup. She and the dental nurse were brilliant, making her feel so relaxed and comfortable. The examination was done quickly so it wasn’t too overwhelming. Couldn’t recommend more, they were all so welcoming and child friendly.

I suffered from Burning Mouth Syndrome for almost 2 years. I have been to the hospital twice. To another dentist three times for treatment and I adjusted my diet several times. But none of it helped. The burning just went on on for 24 hours every day. It was very draining. I then decided to give East Grinstead Smiles a try and see if they could help. Immediately Mr. Waqas gave sound advice and treated 2 teeth that had the nerves exposed and repaired a crack filling. He explained everything whilst his assistants were so friendly and kind (Molly and Sienna). For the first time in TWO YEARS the burning in my mouth has STOPPED, immediately after the treatment by Mr. Waqas, I almost cried from relief. Thank you so much for the simple and correct treatment that handled it! You are all wonderful!

I registered with this dentist about 6 months ago. When I arrived there were three woman sitting behind the little reception desk not doing much, watching TikTok. I told them who I was and one of them said OK have a seat we'll call you!" My appointment was booked for 10:30 and was eventually seen at 10:45. I was booked in for a clean and assessment. I had some pain on one of my mowlers. The woman who said she was a dentist poked around in mouth

I enjoyed my visit at the clinic and agrees with previous reviews - price and service is definitely great. Five stars!

This practice either have an unqualified dentist, or are trying to make money out of you. I went in for a check up to a different dentist around April, who told me i had 2 cavities. Time past and I forgot about it as i had my A-level exams coming up. In August, I started experiencing pain in one of the cavities, so I went to this dentist to get it filled. The dentist I was with, Parita Patel, informed me that I apparently actually had 14 cavities. It was obviously quite a shock to me that I had gone from 2 cavities to 14 in the space of a few months. It seemed slightly strange, especially since i was experiencing no pain or discomfort in any of my teeth apart from that one cavity I had gone in for. However, I decided to trust her judgement and continue on with the treatment plan, which was a total of £2012. However, after 4 fillings with them it didn't seem right and I decided to get a third opinion. Especially after one of the fillings she did left me with terrible jaw pain for a whole month because it was uneven. I told the new dentist what had happened, he seemed very surprised, and did a thorough check up and new X-rays and told me I did not have 14 cavities, rather just 1. The supposed cavities" Dr Patel thought I had were just harmless staining of the teeth
