Helped with my addiction. It was a really positive experience

I had 6 sessions with Mark and it was my first experience with councilling. I feel that from this short period I really gained a lot from it. I believe now I am better equipped with dealing with my anxiety and opening up in general which has helped me massively. Mark has also gave me some handy tools to help me cope when I with flare ups and I am feeling more positive as a whole. Great experience

I was very nervous to undertake counselling but I need not have worried, Marks professional and patient approach immediately put me at my ease.
