Very helpful staff

I have always had exceptional customer service at this branch and generally from Danske bank. While the opening hours are very restrictive, the staff who work at the bank more than make up for it - have always had a positive experience. Thank you!

Fast service, even sped things up when I mentioned I had to go to catch a train. Got all my financial requests regarding my account sorted promptly, politely and efficiently.

Always a long queue - especially at lunch time - they don't seem to have the wit to open up another counter position. Another reason to avoid using counter services - I was charged for the privilege! (Did get it refunded though!)

Danske Bank - Denmark's largest bank, pleads guilty to resolve money-laundering investigation. Danske Bank pleaded guilty to bank fraud and agreed to forfeit $2 billion as part of the settlement, the U.S. Department of Justice announced on Tuesday. Danske Bank laundered an estimated $236 billion of Russian dirty money via bank's foreign branches between 2008-2015. The money came from Russian mafia (including arms dealers linked to Kremlin) and was destined for Wall st banks as a final destination.

If you are a business customer with Danskebank good luck to you! I have been waiting for them to return a call since 4th November (today is the 23rd). Called them last week and was told someone from business support would call me that day before 5pm, even gave them my mobile number but alas I'm still waiting. Called again today and was told the same. During the summer a bank employee rang me to ask why we were using BACS payments rather than Faster Payments - this lady was covering for someone on the Business Team while they were on holiday and thank goodness she was. We now use Faster Payments as there is no charge for these. Why would no-one from the Business team have the courtesy to inform us of this? Danksbank customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced! Unless you get the call centre abroad where they actually know what they are talking about and can normally sort your issue out immediately. Very disgruntled customer!

Staff polite and helpful, clean and tidy environment. Occasionally understaffed but they cope well. In issues with the financial services would be for the hierarchy but they cannot be reviewed.

Danske Bank - computer says no!Reported a fraud, wish I hadn't. Saw unauthorized transaction on my debit card. Refused refund as contactless cannot be cloned" and because there was another transaction after that so "I must have made the purchase". The lady on the phone suggested that someone stole my card then left it back in my wallet! Muppetry. This was something bought in a pub 40 minutes away. 1. I was at home 2. Never been there
