I have been to many, *many* yoga studios. The specialness of this place is evident in many ways: the approach to instruction; the immense care that obviously goes into the care of the space; the breadth of experience that is welcome here…it feels like a space to belong, to delight, and to grow.

I joined this studio in May 2022 having done yoga on and off for years. This studio is now one of my happy places, offering me the peace and quiet I need. The teachers are all brilliant, and the classes leave me feeling grounded. So pleased I've given myself this gift.

What can I say that the others haven't said already. I've tried all the studios in Brighton and this is by far the most kind, energising and welcoming place. I'd say the open level classes are a little challenging (in a good way) for someone coming back to yoga after a break and a total beginner may struggle but the teachers are very attentive and provide plenty of pose adjustments. I have been to 5-6 different classes now and every instructor is brilliant. Thank you for being a little haven in the middle of busy Brighton.

What a magical place! I attended two classes here while visiting Brighton for the weekend and would honestly consider moving to Brighton just to be closer to this studio - I’m very sad that I live 5 hours away! A lovely clean and calming studio with mats provided which made my life even easier while travelling. The classes were the perfect balance of spiritual and philosophical, yet fun and not too serious. If you live in Brighton or are just there for a brief visit, don’t miss the opportunity to give Space a try!

I cannot put into words how special this studio is. The quality of teachers, variety of classes, the integrity they have to the yogic philosophy beyond just a physical asana practice. I have tried so many studios in brighton and hove but Space surpasses them all. This place feels like home and you are treated like family, no matter your ability. If you want to sweat, come, if you want to feel all gooey and grounded, come, if you want to lie in child’s pose and have a good cry, come! I cannot recommend it enough.

I became a member of Space a bit more than a Year ago - first to become more flexible after an operation I had as I never did yoga before that. Now I just love the Energie and calmness this place offers - the instructors are amazing - they offer so many different classes any time of week and day, so you can attend different practices throughout the week. I also booked my first workshop and can’t wait to deepen my knowledge and practice. If you are still wondering - they have a first free class to try out yourself! I can’t compare to other yoga studios, but this one is truly magical
