North London Skate Club

Our son has been having regular skateboarding lessons with Santiago (North London Sate Club) for a while now and absolutely loves it. Santiago has a great rapport with the kids, with the perfect balance of patience and active encouragement to help them develop their technique and skills.Would highly recommend.

Our son (11) has been attending skateboarding lessons and holiday camps at Ally Pally for the past 12 months. Jonathan and Santiago are brilliant teachers, our son has a great time and has improved in skill and confidence week on week.

By chance(or not) we met Jonathan who was giving a private lesson and was so kind to teach my son(who had just started with his board and was ever so curious) the Monster Walk. Heard great feedback from parents and no doubt, we dived right in.We started but a little month ago with weekly classes with the NLSC, and my son is-just-loving-it, each week he can't wait to go back! His coach Santiago and the whole coach team really, are great with the kiddos, projecting great confidence to the little learners, helping them have fun while they go up and down the ramps acquiring new skills, and even inspiring parents to give it a go : - )

Thanks Santiago for a great first lesson for our 2 boys, 6 and 7. They were really excited to get on their boards and loved it. The lesson was paced perfectly and they came away eager for their next one.

My son has been attending the Ally Pally Friday sessions and always has a great time and comes back excited about a new trick he’s learnt. It’s a welcoming atmosphere and the teachers are friendly, patient and encouraging, it’s also great to have somewhere for the kids to go to to improve their skating during wet cold winter months

Super friendly and skilled coaches who can work with all levels. First session ever when I've nailed three tricks. The indoor setup at Ally Pally is also amazing.

Went to the open skate session with some friends and felt really welcomed by everyone. Jonathon seems like a really genuine guy and his coaches are fresh and enthusiastic too. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a nicer skate club. Would highly recommend for kids and adults

I enjoyed the one to one lesson very much and I learnt more than I thought I would in 1 hour. The teacher was also very nice an helpful. (Sofia, 11 years of age).

Joined the adults sessions on Friday morning, totally new to the skateboarding. And what a surprise! Absolutely fantastic experience. Chilled and welcoming atmosphere. Jonathan is a great tutor, professional but also has a friendly and gentle approach to teaching, patient and understanding. Learning through fun totally rocks!
