I have worked at we love care for nearly three years and I have loved every minute, the clients the carers the office team and owner are amazing

At very short notice ‘ We love care’ arranged overnight care for my mother.The care was exactly what was needed-professional, kind, efficient & made my mother feel secure in her own home.Would definitely use again & would highly recommend . Thank you.

Once, a couple of years ago perhaps, this company would have received 5 stars from me. Since then, the Company ownership have seemingly become more and more profit orientated. I have no measure by which to compare them with alternatives but will do so soon I imagine. As for many of the staff, they are amazing. How they do what they do I have no idea. They deserve medals. They do sadly change of course - understandable given the individual workload. Finally from me, you will be paying a premium for using this little company to take care of loved ones. Just make sure you get that extra back in the level of understanding and care provided. You may.

We Love Care is the 4th agency we have entrusted to look after my Mum who has complex care needs (dementia and a degenerative spinal condition), and after five months I can honestly say it has been the best decision we have made. All the carers are very professional, competent, and compassionate. Due to her vulnerabilities, it is essential to have the consistency of high-quality personalised care which is exactly what my Mum receives on every visit. Her dedicated care team goes above and beyond, not just in implementing her complex care plan, but also in terms of bringing so much fun and joy. You can tell how much they genuinely enjoy their care role, and it feels very much for my Mum that she has friends coming to visit her, and she looks forward to seeing each and every one. They always make her feel safe and valued and treat her with the dignity she deserves. It's truly person-centered care. From my perspective, it's a complete luxury to know she is happy and well-looked after, and it enables me to have time when I don't have to worry about her at all - which trust me, is rare. Also, having specific call times provides the much-needed structure to each day, and knowing exactly which carer has been allocated gives Mum stability. We Love Care is an outstanding care company and one that actually delivers on its promises. The management is always approachable and my only regret is not having found them sooner! If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would, for what they are providing to us as a family is gold dust )

We were impressed by our initial contact with We Love Care and the (only) 5* ratings on the website. They promised all we wanted to help support our father who has early dementia. We required someone to go in for an hour each day for company and to help with his main meal and medication. The main thing we asked for was to only have one or two people so he wouldn't become too confused and we were assured that this was understood and were promised no more than 3 carers would be allocated.It all started well but within a couple of weeks this was up to 4 then 5 and by the time we ceased using them there were 7. Once or twice to cover illness we could understand but this was way beyond that. We just wish they had been honest up front and said they couldn't promise to deliver this.The carers were all very friendly, some were good at engaging Dad in conversation and even took the initiative in spotting other things that were helpful. Some just sat there on their phones.”

A care agency that really do care.. I wish I had found we love care sooner, I would personally Recommend we love care to any of my friends or family wishing to find a care team to look after there loved ones.
