TAGB Tae Kwon-Do - Cheddar

I am 4th dan Tae Kwon-do Student and I have had the pleasure to train at Gemini Tae Kwon-do. Jane Lambert is a great TKD student herself and one of the most patient and talented instructors I have ever had the pleasure to be taught by.When I was going for my 4th dan grading I had one to one lessons as well and this helped me to get through my grading.I have been doing Tae Kwon-do for over 20 years and the club I would turn to for technical help would be Gemini TKD

I have been training with Master Jane Lambert for just over 12 months. The club has inspired me to work harder; meaning I am fitter than I have ever been, more confident, focused and healthier. The sessions are a mix of fitness and skills. Jane's approach is always to challenge yourself and your limits, in a safe and controlled way; encouraging you to try harder, aim higher and beat yesterday. She is a professional; well qualified, with an excellent teaching skills and style (and well able to cope with a 40 years-olds, new entrants perceived mental and physical limitations). Tae-kwon-do is a fun sport that helps to get fit, feel more confident and occasionally give a practice pad a really good punch!

I've been training with Gemini for a while and I've found it such an enjoyable experience and I have learnt so much and i will definitely keep going at it
