My son smashed the front end of his car and claimed under his insurance. The repair took nearly 3 months due to supply issues we were very impressed with the service, we was kept up to date with the progress and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The repair was fantastic you would not know the front end of the car was repaired. Would not hesitate to use again

I honestly have not come across a vehicle repair company with such sound work ethic and professional service! My experience from start to finish was excellent! I received phone calls and messages informing me of the progress of the repairs and when challenges were encountered sourcing certain parts, I was informed of that too. I think it is extremely professional to keep customers informed so they are not left wondering or chasing. My car was sanitised, polished ...the full works! Looks brand new and the repairs are first class. Thank you to the entire team... from Nick to Anthony to the lovely lady and guy who dropped and pick up my car! You are an A class Team! I am one very happy and satisfied customer!

Such a professional service from start to finish at Braintree Motor Works. After having to leave my car on the roadside after it being undriveable Braintree Motor Works organised everything for me including liaising with my insurance company and recovering my vehicle which took so much pressure off myself. They constantly kept me updated on my vehicle and done a great job. Would highly recommend.

This Company is above and beyond. I have used them multiple times, they have performed superbly, i cannot fault their professionalism and the quality of their work is everything you would expect and more. The work carried out on my vehicle was a bit of body damage repair. When it came to insurance they covered everything for me, all you need to do is visit them and they will take over with contacting the insurance and arranging the work.As for the communication, i received updates throughout the duration of the work and they kept me in the know the whole time. The courtesy car they offered was a brand new car and was more than a sufficient replacement. They even went above and beyond with the repair and i am extremely happy with the results.I would recommend anyone who requires bodywork done to their car to pay this garage a visit. Top notch! All the staff are friendly and accommodating as well!

Best body shop repair place in Essex!! We dealt with nick who was always available to answer our questions and always kept us informed during the whole process on what was being done to the car and timescales. I left something in my car accidentally and he even drove all the way to colchester to drop it off - talk about customer service!!!! Always so polite and just a breathe of fresh air to deal with!! The standard of work is just amazing. The car was done in no time at all and the car even got a little clean from them which was a nice little touch!! If you want somewhere professional with outstanding customer service, these really are the guys for you!! I honestly can’t thank you enough, especially Nick, for everything you’ve done!!!!

After being hit by a lorry I arrived at Braintree Motor Works very upset!But From the moment I pulled up at the premises Nick and team have been nothing but 1st class.Every phone call, text or query was answered straight away.This team are second to none, nothing was to much trouble and I have to say the repair on my car was fantastic.Customer service is hard to find these days but Nick is 10/10Thank you all so much for taking the stress out of a very stressful and upsetting situation

After an accident in my car I instantly dreaded having to deal with a garage to get it fixed.I was recommended Braintree Motor Works and the whole experience was actually a pleasure.The team are all extremely friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date throughout the process and felt like I could ask questions any time. The team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable offering good advice without being patronising which made me feel comfortable.The work itself was flawless and I got my car back looking better than the day I bought it!I would highly recommend this garage to anyone and can’t thank them enough.

Would 100% recommend using BMW. They have done a great job in repairing the damage to my car! My car was immaculate inside & out when I collected it - it looked like it had been to a Car Spa!!! Julie & Anita were great, keeping me informed of what was going on!

Someone crashed into the back of me and I went through the insurance with this place and it was honestly the best paint job I’ve seen, the staff are lovely and so friendly! Would highly recommend for any paint work!
