We made use of this service for the design of our extension. There were a few factors that should have caused red flags earlier in the process, such as difficulty being able to see complete plans before payment, not responding to communications etcBuilding was delayed due to misinformation about the requirement for building over drains - when queried we were told not required, but it was, which led to delayWe are most of the way through the build and have encountered a few issues such as poorly designed walkways and more recently, a bay window that does not work/has been designed poorly, completely down to the nature of the poor design of the bay and the walls around itThis wasn’t the cheapest option available, so we were hoping for more of a design consideration approach for aspects of the build, but there was little of this and not much back and forth. we would definitely use some one else for future work
