Very cosy studio, Stefania treated my backand shoulders and i immediately felt pain relief. She also gave me some good suggestion to prevent muscular tension to come up again. Would highly recommend.

I sought out Stefania as post-surgery and rehab work had left a knee full of scar tissue and fluid. Through manual lymphatic drainage Stefania has been able to significantly reduce the swelling, leading to a greater range of movement, quicker recovery and less pain.Deep tissue massage to address biomechanical imbalances caused by other parts of the leg compensating when the knee was injured has allowed quicker recovery times from rehab exercise, and reduced soreness whilst increasing flexibility.So: for me, Stefania has been nothing short of a revelation! Exceptionally personable and professional, with a bright, airy, city centre therapy studio. Careful thought is given to each treatment based upon the use of, or condition of, the knee upon each visit. I've been seeing Stefania for 2-3 years. She is incredible. She's so experienced, knowledgeable & passionate about people. Stefania shows true empathy for those suffering in any way. She really listens & is so thorough. Stefania has worked on my extremely tight psoas and QL muscle, aswell as lower back and legs.I've suffered for over 3 years with limited mobility and activity levels (it's been very depressing for such an active person).Yet, having gone back to Stefania (following dropping my therapy during the pandemic, and other life hurdles) she's restored movement, flexibility and balance of my pelvis.I wholeheartedly recommend Stefania.Stef really knows where to target  - she's just magic!Stefania is a beautiful soul inside and out, and she really does go above and beyond with your needs. I had terrible stiff neck and shoulders. Stefania was fantastic at pin pointing the pain and working thoroughly to eradicate the issue. I felt so much better after just one session. The space is very calm and relaxing and it was really worth every penny. I came out feeling refreshed and stress free. Will be back!

Stefania is a fantastic therapist! Noone gets me out of pain as effectively or sends me to sleep so consistently. She's worked wonders with my shoulder and I always leave her clinic feeling amazing!Highly recommended!!
