Staff are brilliant here. So helpful. Recently went in with a flat tyre, they found that it was just the valve, replaced it. I was in and out within an hour and didn't even make an appointment. Only cost £20 too.Brilliant Service

I came in this week to have my car's 4 tires changed and the experience was positive, on the same day I also asked, knowing that they do MOTs, if they could also do a reset of the airbag alarm that came out on my dashboard after I had the car seat cover changed. They replied that they could take care of it but to come back on Friday because they would have the diagnostic software that would allow them to do this operation. I then went back, and the clerk on duty at the front desk very coldly told me that they could not help me because the airbag is a delicate device and that if it did not work, it had to be repaired. I explained to him that the airbag was working perfectly, but it was just the indicator that lights up after connecting the seat and that it should be sufficient to remove the error using diagnostic software with a simple reset. And that the other day the technician had told me they would have the software to do it. He kept saying no without even bothering to come and check directly in my car for the alarm. Or to send a worker to look at it. It's not so much the fact that they didn't fix the problem, but his way of welcoming: he made me feel that I was completely unwelcome and that he wasn't going to help me because he had decided so. I only regret that I spent 1000 pounds to change the tyres on my car a few days earlier. They will never see me again!

Ryan ordered me x2 tyres for my car and kept me up to date with when they would be delivered. My time slot was 11.30am and the car was on the ramp and started by 11.35am. All staff are friendly, polite and professional. Ryan advised me of an oil leak which he rectified while the car was having the tyres changed. Clean, workshop and waiting area was nice to see! Definitely recommend.

My car went in for a brake check in the early afternoon. Work was identified as needing doing, four new discs and pad sets and a fluid change and I had my car back by the end of the day. Very efficient and staff are always friendly and professional.

Thank you Kwik Fit Tavistock Road Plymouth. I booked an appointment for a new tyre to be fitted on line. The defective tyre was checked and I was told a new one wasn't needed. The problem was fixed and I was on my way with a refund. Thank you for bring so honest. Highly recommended

Always quick and efficient when I come in to get tyres done. Very helpful today when I needed to top up my brake fluid but couldn't get the cap off. Staff member happily came out and loosened it for me and didn't make me feel daft. It was very stuck! Much appreciated.

I had the wheels aligned on my Mini yesterday. Almost straightaway I hit a pothole in bad weather and damaged the alignment. Today Kwikfit checked and aligned the wheels again for me Free of charge. I'm very grateful and pleased with the staff who were very friendly and obliging.

The service I received was top class. My tyres were checked thoroughly and replaced where needed. The mechanic who came out to the desk to see me was really polite. He explained things clearly and professionally. The waiting time was really good and the area was kept clean and tidy. All the garage mechanics at this Kwik Fit at Tavistock in Plymouth are very polite, but the mechanic I saw had a very friendly and professional manner. I always have my tyres replaced here and I always feel that my car is safe to drive afterwards. A great service. Thanks.
