First time booking the baib service. Very understanding even tho I was 20 mins late for my appointment.very Welcoming, offering me tea/coffee. An amazing environment to be in. Left with an amazing result and I am completely in love with my nails

A Fabulous experience as ways! The salon was clean and welcoming on arrival. Jem & Nicole were lovely and attentive. My pedicure by Nicole was very relaxing and done to perfection. Highly recommended.

Always a lovely experience at Jemz Nails. I’ve been going for a whole year next week. You can’t deny the real sense of sisterhood in the salon between the nail techs and they extend that warmth to their clients. Jemz even offers a hot drink to clients and the vibes are always positive whether I’m there first thing in the morning on a high or one of their last customers falling asleep at the table.Shay (@ShayNailedIt) has been my nail tech and she is simply amazing taking me from acrylics to now BIAB. I cannot give enough praise to her.1000% recommend this Black-Owned salon and proud to be loyal to Jemz Nails.

I have being going to Jemz nails booking with Precious Nails for over a year now. I can honestly say is the best nail salon in Birmingham. All the ladies are friendly there’s always a nice welcoming hello when you come in from everybody, lovely ladies, nice music you get offered a hot drink, there’s biscuits, sweets, lollipops. Just an overall nice vibe I really love going there. I have to big up my nail tech Precious she is amazing always have a nice time with her. She has a king Nurturing vibe, a fantastic sense of honour and an excellent listening. My nail journey is down to Precious really. I wasn’t sure at first about anything I just wasn’t that girl. But now I have the shape that suite my hands, designs that are classy and fire. Precious always consults with me throughout the process and will change it if I don’t like. I will continue to go.
