Stay away from this company!! John is rude, abrupt condensing man. Not all customers have dementia!! . Alot just have mobility problems. He just thrust a trolley and crutches at my mother and scarpered . No setting up to make sure it was suitable for her needs. .which I hasten to add wasn't. When a phone call asking to collect trolley he denied even selling her one. STAY AWAY NOT INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS!

Visited the shop today looking for a heated chair pad for my elderly mother in law, which they did not stock. As soon as the sales person realised we weren’t looking for a big ticket item, he couldn’t walk away fast enough. When we do need that big ticket item, we’ll be going elsewhere.

Brought sofa and chair, had to wait long time for delivery not these peoples fault, chair broke and they came and took away with a replacement. They are not very good at dealing with messages on the phone.

I hired a wheelchair for 1 week @ £5 per day. I paid on arrival and was not given any paperwork regarding this rental. I returned the chair early and didn't receive a refund. The shop was reluctant to give a receipt for payment of the chair.I would recommend using the Red Cross for these facilities as the paperwork shows the equipment has been maintained and the rental is £5 per week.
