Very friendly staff member entertained my rambling stories with great patience and humour. I use them for decent watch straps, keys & trophy engraving. A lot of the latter.

Shop closed no explanation phoned number on door customer service they had no ideal it was closed. This was at 10 0 clock Monday 13 November. I was asked if the lights was on twice yet I told the person the place was locked up and no one about even the person making a delivery to this shop got pissed of and the numerous customers who just walked away complaining.this comment was done by Dean swann who waited out side for twenty minutes

If you require something a bit more complex than a front door key, for example like in my case a remote car key that you don't want to get another mortgage to pay for it then don't use Timpson. The guys over at Rosus Car Keys provide a professional service, and unlike timpson they will cut your own supplied remote key and code the transponder for a very reasonable price. Don't get me wrong Timpson have their place, and this lies in convenience of getting another house key cut but that's about it.
