First time using TGWA and very impressed. Whisky collected by courier, placed into the auction with photographs and the auction went well. Payment released a week after the auction closed. Would recommend for purchasing or selling. First class.

Paid membership fee to bid. It they never enabled my account. Two weeks later they see a negative review and told me that I should have contacted them. When I forwarded the email I sent to them previously (with screenshots stating my account wasn’t activated) they said that my account was enabled. However since I left a 1* review THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO BID UNTIL I REMOVED THE 1* REVIEW. Seriously? Hell no I am not removing the truth. There are better auction houses than this with MUCH BETTER support for paying customers. Here is another 1* review for you. :)

I had a Fantastic Experience with TGWA. I had a Large collection to Sell, they offered fair guidance on pricing and collected the Whisky from my home via there own Transportation. I was kept updated with the latest on the Auction, and was Paid 7 Days after. Great Service!

Excellent service and communication. They picked up bottles from my door, listed on website and after the auction my payment was made in a quick and efficient manner via bank transfer. All for a VERY reasonable commission. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, takes away all the headaches of selling. I will definitely use them again. Cheers.
