Angle Security

Angle Security supplied me with great security cameras 3 years ago. I decided to upgrade and to use them again since they provided me with a fantastic service. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would strongly recommend them. Love the new security features on my new cameras, which was recommended by Angle Security. A peace of mind knowing your home is protected.

Very bad service, I bought a dvr and cameras from them and instillation after few month dvr stop working they send an engineer to fix it power supply was gone they supplied me with a very cheap dvr and promised will last for many years pact up before two years and they want to charge me again to buy new one.

Recently got some cameras installed in my house using these Angle security, and work went very smoothly and am very happy with the outcome. I was a little concerned when the DVR turned out to be faulty but they bought a replacement the same day and all ended well.

Supper officiant, reliable and quick.Had done whole cctv install for few of our venues with up to 52 cameras on site, since install few years ago no issues what's so ever.Definitely recommend for small or large cctv install and maintenance.

GREAT FIRM VERY SUPPORTIVE

We contracted Angle Renovations (a trading name of Angle Security) to do a full restoration of our property in February of 2016 including an extension and agreed upon a price of around £85,000As a part of the contract the proprietor was supposed to install a £1500 CCTV system which we upgraded by £300 and a Security alarm system that we upgraded by £700.Fairy soon after this it became apparent that the proprietor who was also the project manager, had very little idea about what he was doing and severely lacked the project management skills needed to oversee our project.During the renovation of the interior of our property we asked for some additional work to be done and some alterations to the original plan. The proprietor lead us to believe that these works would add an additional £6000 - £10,000 to the cost of the project, but after the work was done, or well under way, he 'did his calculations' and asked us for an additional £40,000 to cover the costs. This was a bit of a shock, as this brought the total price for our renovation to approximately £115,000 after a bit of negotiation.After completing the inside of the property, (a lot of time, effort and work was invested by us to accomplish this) The proprietor walked off site without even starting the extension and leaving the front and back gardens in a terrible state.We have still not had ANY of the CCTV system fitted, and the alarm system does not function, has parts missing and wires hanging down all over the house.While we had not paid the full amount, we had paid about £15,000 in advance for work which was still to be carried out when he walked off site. We have asked for this money to be returned or for Angle Renovations to complete the work as agreed, but the proprietor just offered up excuses and denials which were forthcoming through ought the project for his short comings.We have had subsequent companies review the work carried out by Angle Renovations and all of these subsequent companies have said that it is substandard and unfit for purpose, and a lot if it will have to be redone.If you are considering using this company for any works be it Building, Renovation or Security, I can not recommend strongly enough that you chose another company for your needs. If my words are in doubt, then please just do a CCJ check on Angle Security and the results will speak for themselves.Choosing this company and particularly the proprietor, whom we cannot name for legal reasons, to renovate our home was the worst mistake of our lives.The photos included show the state of the property at the point when they walked off site having been paid approximately £85,000.

Impressive, very impressive. I've had multiple cameras installed by Angle Security and the entire process was swiftly done. I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely be using them again for future cases.
