If you value your teeth. Do not visit this practice. They are appalling for kids dental care.They really do not know what they are doing. You should see what a private orthodontist has to say about the level of detection and care that they provide. I find this problem is endemic in the UK with these NHS practices. They do everything on the cheap. Perhaps it's the corporate policies they have in place.The other branch in Colliers Wood is no better. You better hope you don't have a dental emergency because they will not answer your calls, most likely be rude to you and provide less than adequate care.Go private. I recommend a practice in Nelson Dental Clinic.She is private but she is by far the best practitioner in the area.

I haven’t got a bad word to say about this practice and Priya has been a total legend helping me sort my teeth out. She has gone above and beyond and her easy but professional manner and good advice have always been reassuring. The receptionists are always helpful and polite and give me lots of notice for my forthcoming appointment. I would recommend.

Very bad experience. I have been a patient in this clinic, so many times my dentist given a appointment and day of the appointment the dentist cancelled my appointment .I strongly recommend to the other patients, don't trust this clinic (morden) appointments. Because for their benefit they will cancel your appointment in the last minute.

Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They seem to go out of their way to appear unbothered/indifferent towards their customers. I really cannot understand after so many bad reviews about them, they're still in the job. Clearly this practice doesn't care?Having said that Dr Bernhard Schroder was really lovely and took the time to make me feel reassured and relaxed.Writing this anonymously as I know the mean girls at the reception desk would use it against me.

I registered with My Dentist not sure what the service will be like. My fear was restored immediately. The whole practice was very professional from receptionist to the dental work done by Dr Priya Pillai.Dr. Pillai is extremely professional and did excellent work with a very complicated tooth problem that I had.Dr. Pillai made sure I was comfortable all the time and explained what she had done once the treatment was done.I am extremely pleased with the work Dr Pillai had done and would recommend this My Dentist to anyone who needs any dental work done!

The receptionist are lovely. The building is always clean and my actual dentist Bernard is nice, kind and very patient... also the dental staff that assist are great.

Bernard is an amazing dentis. I thought my tooth was beyond repair but he managed to fix it. His assistant, the lady was faboulous too

As a nervous patient returning to the dentist after far to long, I was incredibly nervous but the receptionist and dental nurse were both very comforting and helped take the edge off my nerves. Fatima was a delight.and explained everything along the way. All in all I have nothing negative to say about this super team.
