I came here for a hair cut, super impressed with the end results of my hair and the service provided. Highly recommend this professional barber, friendly as always with customers, I am very satisfied with the quality of service. Additionally, the barber shop is clean and tidy (hygiene level is to high standards)

Partner went to get his haircut. The guy spent the whole time on video call to someone with my partner in the picture and then picked up the phone and held it between his ear and shoulder whilst cutting his hair, then because he was distracted cut it way too short. He is mortified and hates his hair definitely won't be going back there again.

Worst hair cut I have ever got. Poorly done far too expensive and an overall terrible experience.

The guys at MS are incredibly welcoming and customer service is always impeccable. I have been using this barbers every other week since I moved to Rugby 3 years ago and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the guys are super skilled in my chosen style which is a skin fade.In addition, my late brother had high special needs and the guys were OUTSTANDING with him on every visit. Patient, compassionate, warm and friendly. They took him from his haircut being a traumatic experience to an enjoyable one which he looked forward to. Thank you guys, he appreciated you all so so much.If you need a new barbers, go for it! It’s just like visiting friends!!!

Partner gets his hair cut here, and the last few times have been terrible. Told the barber for no skin fade although they gave him one, and a horrible one too. Even charged an extra pound for hair gel he didn’t ask for. For £18 this is an absolute joke. WONT be coming back.

Brought my son in for a haircut at Magic scissors in Rugby and the barber did not seem to know what he was doing. He couldn't comb his hair to start with, I had to insist on sanitizing the clippers. It was a no skin fade and he started in the middle bycleaning off the hair despite showing him photos of what my son wanted. The hygiene in the place seems to have gone down. I miss magic scissors in Bromley. Rugby can borrow a leaf
