Lovely caravan site. Quiet, nice people and very private. Customer caravan owned also. Very close to the beach, and the owner keeps on top of things. A nice place to relax

went to look at buying a van ,there was nothing not to like on the site ,well kept ,and Anna was very helpful in showing us around the site ,lovely site 5 star .

A well kept, nice, quiet, owner only park, 5 minute walk from the beach. Piped gas and mains electric, ample plots and all have a parking space next to the caravan. Security barriers and mostly well lit roads make it a safe place to holiday. Open beginning of March until the beginning of January, so you can even spend christmas and new year there if you wish.Sutton on Sea village is only a 10 minute walk and has lots of lovely shops and a choice of cafes, chip shops, a Chinese takeaway and a couple of Pubs one of which does pub grub and host events in the beer garden. There is large paddling pool area for children near the sea front and a community centre where various craft fairs etc are held. Beaches are well kept and clean and a popular spot for beach fishing.
