AVOIDDDD!!! hundreds of pounds spent and when asked for medication for my dog they can’t give me an answer for what medication i need for him, quick enough to take your money but i’ve been trying for a week to find out which medication i have to get for my dog. You can give the place a lick of paint but the “professionals” still haven’t a clue what they are doing. couldn’t run a washing machine if they tried. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL VET NI!!! AVOID USING THESE CLOWNS

Mum went here yesterday had to put her dog to sleep still very upset by it today she didn’t feel comfortable felt as if she was bad dog owner cause she couldn’t afford treatment’ even no try to explain felt like the vet didn’t care when she try to explain her situation even wanted the payment up front straight away not even after the treatment was done. Think-bit of kindness goes long way maybe have look in to your customer service skills!!

I got my we dog tevez put to sleep 10 days ago and the vet don it was very kind and accommodating with us and him and had other things done in there with tevez they take brillant care of the dog can't say enough about staff at St elmo vet

I’ve my boarder terrier and Staffordshire terrier with them and they are fabulous. They explain everything really well.Lovely friendly staff, my dogs love going to the vet.

My beautiful Cocker Spaniel is a very hesitant and anxious visitor to the team at St Elmo. Agnes (vet) took great care of Bonnie and helped to alleviate her stress. Bonnie received her vaccination and a thorough mot without trembling. She was still happy to leave but this visit was her least traumatic in her 8 years of care. Thank you to Agnes and the team who are always pleasant and welcoming!

My puppy received Excellent service today. The receptionist was extremely helpful giving me all the information i needed regarding insurance and health cover and the vet was friendly and attentive to gizmos needs making him feel calm and relaxed while getting his injections.

Absolutely extortionate prices. Price of dental has went up £150 in 9 months! From £200 to £350 and that's before they even take a tooth out! With the cost of living it's understandable for prices to rise but this much is a joke. No wonder people are abandoning pets at a record high.
