We found a property with Property Market Hub and as a tenant I cannot recommend the friendly and professional team enough. The application process was seamless and response times and communication to organise our move in were great.

Sarah and Sam were very helpful with finding me a property.My boiler stopped working and Sam was very swift in responding. A contractor was sent to my house the same day.Would definitely recommend!

Sam and Sarah are super helpful and professional! I rent the apartment through them. They always reply me on time and help me settle down all the problems! No matter repair or any problems. So lucky that I meet the good agency. I give them 5 stars and recommend for you all. A responsible agency is the most important and they did!!

I have recently let my apartment through Property Market Hub. I find them super efficient and responsive. The staff are really dedicated and able to deliver exactly what I wanted. I have not let my property so fastly with affordable costs! Thank you.

I have no relation to the company however their tenants have directly impacted me regarding identity theft. I have called numerous times regarding this matter and nothing has been done infact landlord Sam was disgustingly rude and inconsiderate. Fraud and antisocial behaviour is now being reported as i feel as a company they have very unprofessional and unresponsive. I have gone back and forth with the landlord resulting in a heated exchange because of the way he spoke to Me and no doubt the little keyboard warrior will jump on here in defense and blame me. That is fine guys look at the past reviews it will reveal the toxic pattern this company is taking. I would advise future landlords and tenants not to take their business here given their attitude towards the general pubic.To anyone reading the response below. It was the landlord that was rude and aggressive. Thank you keyboard warrior your response, it was nothing but a defence to shut me up when I am the victim of fraud due to the Tennants you put in that flat!It is not my bill. My bills are paid yearly and on time. I have called water company. Your tenants have been giving them my information. It is a criminal offence using someone's personal information and given your disgusting attitude towards this I will also be seeking citizens advice on the matterI have not made a false accusation on the staffs behaviour and I will not take your pathetic excuse for not being professional. I am not going to take this false narrative lightly because of the way Sam spoke. it was threatening in every way. So please stop justifying your behaviours. I have lodged an official complaint to fraud action I have also spoken to citizens advice to take it further as the thread on this review is shocking and as a company it's not fit for purpose. FULL STOP

Sarah kept telling me that I would be told the next day about whether my offer had been accepted or not and I had to follow up with a phone call every day for 3 days for her to tell me it’s been given to someone else. She mentioned that there were other properties that met my requirements but didn't send them to me. No help with anything.

Not a great experience for me. Very rude over the phone. Took 2hrs too get through too confirm veiwing and was spoken too by a rude man. Who when I said why are you not awsering the phone he said it seems I am investigating his company. Now why would you say that? Are you doing something shifty? Any way just my opinion will not deal again with this company.

I cannot thank Sam and the team at Property Market Hun enough. Sam organised the renovation of my property in order to rent and found a suitable tenant within days. I have opted to allow the team to manage the property rather than just source a tenant to reduce contact and stress and the professionalism they have shown has been outstanding. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend.

I used Property market hub to help me find new tenants for my apartment. I had a very specific requirement - I wanted them to list the property on Righht Move and triage the rsponses from applicants. They sent out the questions I had prepared and relayed the responses. They offered reference checks, tenancy agreements, viewings etc all incuded in the very reasonable price. I feel that I recieved a very bespoke service from professionals who listened to what I wanted. The whole experience was positive, efficient and successful. I will definitely use them again!
