The brown sugar milk tea was just horrible. I’m sorry but no trace of brown sugar and the pearls were all glued together so you couldn’t even drink it.I came because the new app 50% off promo but the app didn’t work so had to pay full price. Just a disaster.

Firstly, they didn’t accept pound sterling notes from Scotland. The stuff couldn’t explain why, just said that the manager/owner didn’t allow. Secondly, the fruit tea was weird. They put random bits of different fruits in mango tea which ruined the taste.However, the staff were rather polite.Anyhow, still not recommend.

Awful experience. My child paid for his drink (buy 1 get 1 free) on his gohenry card for the staff to tell me his payment didn't go through! I showed them it had left his account and they said it would be refunded at midnight. Well it didn't. So I paid again because my child was so upset. So they had 2 payments from me. Not at all happy.

Got my self a birthday bubble tea,it was a very nice experience.The staff were very friendly and made my drink very quickly.Also the decor was fantastic as well,very nice displays and even had really comfy sofas as well,makes a nice change as most bubble tea ships you have to stand up or sit on an incredibly uncomfortable ledge.Also my bubble tea was lovely my black lychee bubble tea with strawberry popping balls was lovely,only complaint is that it was a bit too sweet at regular sugar level and I have got really sweet teeth and it was a bit too sweet so make sure to downgrade you’re sugar level,however I would 100% have it again if I’m in or passing a chatime

Nice staff and drinks but the place is hard to find. Need more signage! Exit 6 from Waterloo station towards Southbank. Beside the raised walkway stairs opposite WeWork.

I had never tried Chatime before but heard good things. The customer service here was great. I didn't have to wait at all for my drink (I was the only customer in plus some delivery drivers) but they apologised twice for the wait bless them.The drink however was lumpy. I've never had bubble tea that was lumpy. The texture of it was very odd, almost like the powder hadn't melted properly. Not sure if I would trust another try.

Worst chatime branch I’ve been to. Guy on the counter seems very uninterested with serving customers and this chatime brown sugar roasted milk tea did not come with any brown sugar at all.
