I have guitar lessons with Grant for about6 mouths. He is a very patient and good guitar teacher. 4 weeks ago，I found my interest in Bass guitar. and I start learning bass. Grant always encourages me to write some riff for learning improvising. He is always willing to help me and support me with my wishes to write songs and play gig， which is so lucky for me to have someone like him.

Grant has been teaching my 14 year old son to play guitar for almost a year now and he is really enjoying the experience and continuing to develop his playing skills and instrument knowledge as a result. Grant is very clear, very patient and very supportive, finding skilful ways make a connection and build trust and rapport. He's even heard of Rush!

I'm a new start with Grant having only had 2 lessons but I've been very impressed. Grant is well organised and professional whilst being very friendly and easy to get along with at the same time. He has the knowledge, skill and songs from any genre to help you develop the styles you enjoy. I don't think I've ever been so keen to get home from work and pick up my guitar.I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to learn or develop their guitar playing.

Grant is an exceptional teacher and I would recommend him without hesitation! He makes every session fun but challenging. He is patient, positively encouraging, straight talking and knowledgeable, which results in my daughter being a very engaged pupil. He is a teacher that makes the pupils want to do their best. Grant was recommended to me by a friend whose child is also a pupil, and my daughter as a beginner, was quickly learning chords and tunes she likes, which has been motivational. Great guy and brilliant teacher!

After a less than great experience with another teacher a colleague recommended I try Grant. Grant is a knowledgeable and very experienced teacher at all levels and all age groups. He often adapts lessons on the fly to try different approaches if I struggle with something, and is always great at improving the student’s confidence. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
