Very good experience with Accy vacs. They came to collect my vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed. No charge. Very nice people to deal with, honest and trustworthy. Would definylry recommend.

what kind of a shop is this, cant even attempt to fix a dyson v10 only needs the trigger button sorting, lady in shop told me we dont fix them, what a load of poo, take your dyson elsewhere. would defo not recommend to anyone.

What lovely people. This is the sort of business we have to make the effort to support. £30 for a service on my vacuum which now runs much better. And, they gave me a spare battery too from one they were scrapping. How nice is that.

Wow what lovely people & so very helpful. Took my Dyson in yesterday, has all the hosing had split & I asked if they could give it a full clean & they have done the most amazing job looks like I got a new hoover thank you so much . Love Izzy ❤

After having building work done and the Dyson hoovering up dust every day for 3 months we was convinced we needed a new hoover as it was not picking up after we’d had cleaned it etc… thought give it a service and see before we buy another … so glad we did Dyson came back like brand new and is as powerful as when we first purchased it.

I kept leaving messages but no-one rang me back. I then sent my vacuum cleaner to Dyson and had it back and serviced in 3 days
