Dermace Semi Permanent Makeup & Microblading Training Academy

Done the brow only course in May over 3 days & loved it. Ellie was a great mentor & covered all aspects of the course thoroughly. She was also a great help with any questions I had regarding my portfolio (I sent a lot of questions & photos! Lol) The staff are also very helpful when ordering any products from the site. Delivery is really quick & Sarah or Rich have answered any queries I have had very quickly. I came down to do my final assessment yesterday & felt really nervous, but Jess was so lovely & it was much more relaxed than I expected. Pleased to have passed & looking forward to the future, knowing that Dermace are there for any support I need, even having a helpful support page on facebook. Thanks!

Wouldn’t bother with this company. I sent a faulty machine back with all the details as requested on 9th November and have heard almost nothing back since. One WhatsApp message despite them having about 4 contact numbers, no one ever answers the phone. Still no replacement SPMU machine. Can’t imagine what it would be like training with them to then have zero support from their end. Iv lost so much income since November because of them. Joke of a company

Great Scalp course with a really knowledgable trainer. I liked the one to one nature of the course, and also the fact that it weren't just a one size fits all thing.I've had some really good help and advice afterwards too - thumbs up from me.

So impressed with Dermace. I really wasnt sure which training company to go with and was very apprehensive about investing money into a company .... I'm really glad I chose Dermace. The training was amazing, I felt so looked after from day one and something I absolutely LOVE about Dermace is the free ongoing support and free training days. Initially I looked at one day courses... Which I'm so glad I didn't end up doing. My training was 3 days, I build a portfolio up using live models and then go back to do another live model and get my certificate. I feel you really need this amount of practice ... and more. I'm pretty sure if I had gone with a different company I would have come away feeling like I had my certificate but no confidence or knowledge to actually work on people. Thank you so much Dermace, I recommend to anyone and everyone. You really won't regret it.

Dermace is an amazing training academy! I trained over 2 years ago, and have been returning regularly ever since for more courses and extra training days!All the staff are helpful and supportive and nothing is too much trouble!Their open door policy is an incredible service as you never ever feel like you are left on your own. You have the confidence that help is always there, if and when you ever need it!If you are considering SPMU training, don't hesitate to go and have a look round at Dermace and meet the team! They will be able to answer any questions you have and set you up on the road to a rewarding new career!

I trained at Dermace in April, which wasn’t that bad. It was the post aftercare, lack of communication and appalling customer care I have received since they have taken my money. They do not answer the phone, they ignore emails, my machine as broken and they refuse the send me a new one. They have sent me a used, old wire that didn’t fit anything, they have kept my portfolio with all my clients consultation sheets in. I have now had to by a new machine myself but lost a lot of money cancelling clients. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, MONEY GRABBERS

I trained with Dermace last August (2015). The week in Yorkshire was intense. So much information and hands-on experience. Working with a trainer that shadows you, one-on-one, reassuring you and building your confidence. I have finished quite a few courses now in Portsmouth with Naomi O'Hara, met some other students. I chose Dermace for the one-on-one training and the continued support. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly and this support has resulted in me becoming a more confident spmu artist. It's nice to know that Dermace are there at the end of the phone. I love them! xKim Duffy

I've recently passed my assessment with Dermace after training late last year. I had to travel quite a long way to train - which was tiring, but the training was brilliant. I had a few days with Francesca, and one with Jess, and one with Lindsay - all great technicians, and really patient with me. I had trouble finding some lip models for my portfolio, but I got there in the end! My advice is to shop around and actually meet your trainers and see the place you'll be training!Can't wait to boost my diploma certificate to a VTCT Level 4 now!Joy xx
