Banoffee patisserie

The cake looked lovely for my son’s birthday party but unfortunately the food colouring was so strong that stained everyone’s hands and clothes. Also when we went to pick it up they were not ready for us and we had to wait one hour for the cake to be ready.It’s such a shame as it looked amazing

Rude and barbaric,, they can open a fight not a restaurant. I spent 17P only for baklava and Turkish coffee, in order to have good vibes but all what I have had is messiness!!They place a table with its chairs beside a door that in use!!! I thought who has opened the door is a guest, so it’s normal mistake to just skip it.. the surprise, the one who opened the door on me and ruined my coffee is one of the staff, and mostly the owner or knowing the owner to act that rudely! He even didn’t apologise for setting a table that is in serving for guests beside a door and then opening it, hitting me, drop my coffee on my hand,, and just all what he said”you shouldn’t set here because the door will be opening “ and moved!! Not even looked at the mess he has caused to my table!!.. You shouldn’t put a table with its chairs beside the door that you will be using!!! And having guest on it!! non of the staff has mentioned that the door will be opening.. and just served me on it until this rude man came and did his moves carelessly!! If he cared enough he would be able to see there is a guest setting on the table because it is glassy door!! He can see who’s behind it!! But he opened the door strong enough to make the best picture of barbaric.. Who fixed his mistake is one of the setting people.. but he never cared!! I just regret that I have paid you 17P ,,, you deserve nothing, and will never come again to this barbaric place.

Lovely shop display and presentation, clean and tidy.However:The staff was not at all friendly and non attentive. I had the feta cheese pastry, red velvet cake and espresso.Feta cheese pastry: The pastry was dry, not crisp or crunchy to the bite. The sesame seeds on top were hard and tasted of seeds which had been there for a long time.Red velvet cake: the red velvet cake was terrible, the frosting of a red velvet cake is supposed to be made with soft cheese. I would mildly understand a variant of fresh cream, however this tasted like pound store frosting, or a ready made frosting. The sponge was overly moist, too soggy to the palate, as soon as you bit into it, it would just go to mush in your mouth.Espresso: the coffee was of a terrible quality, too strong and decadent.

Honestly expected better, it is seems quality and services has gone down since they opened. To day we have ordered a Turkish breakfast Honestly it was so bad and you could see the vegetarian Algae bacteria on top of it so it might cost Stomach poisoning .I have a picture of that thing we saw on top of the pepper you can zoom in the photo and look at it . And also bad service. We have spoken to the person who is responsible for the restaurant he said there is nothing to do with that is a vegy things .So please be careful . And avoid this restaurant.

Heard from a friend about Banoffee patisserie. So ordered a hazelnut cake for my boss's 25 anniversary. The staff was friendly when taken the order and when I collected. Let me tell you, the cake was a big hit!!!! Everybody loved it and asked where is it from. The price was not expensive at all! I was very happy with the experience in there. The cake was delicious!!!! Thank you! And will be back for another 1 next week!!!!We had another cake as well. I just can say that it is worth every penny....And today just picked up the third cake from them!!!! Brilliant!!! Love it

First time, trying Greek coffee and Turkish delight.It was a perfect match with coffee.Good service, Nice coffee and desserts.Thank you ◡̈

If only I could give more than 5 stars. Visted here 3 or 4 times during my stay and not once was I disappointed. This place is just amazing. Ice Cream full of flavour. Milkshakes are perfect, not thick and sickly like most places. Cakes are delicious. Smoothies are also really nice, great way to get the day started. Savoury options are tasty too. I didn't get a chance to ask but I think everything is made inhouse judging by the freshness and taste.If you are nearby or anywhere on the jurassic coast definitely try this place. Staff are really polite and welcoming. Keep up the amazing work Banoffee Patisserie.

I ordered a cake from here and had breakfast the following two days. Delicious food, great customer service and a great atmosphere, I recommend if you're going down to Bournemouth. Halal.

Absolutely amazing, the flavours are simply amazing. Great place and very comfortable it's like stepping out of the uk great staff.

Friendly staff & clean shop, cakes were a bit tasteless mind you which is a shame because they look amazing. Kinder Bueno one tasted nothing like Kinder Bueno
