Whittingtons - Leicester

I have been using Whittingtons now for over a year and I find them nothing but helpful. The ladies are all so lovely and help me with whatever I unsure of and help advise me any way they can. I have never had a time I have not been able to get what I've needed as they have everything.

Stunning place to buy all things floral and decorative. As a baker, Whittingtons is my go to. I just know I’ll get what I need, both fresh and artificial. Staff are friendly and helpful and always willing to offer help and advice. Highly recommended.

Really good selection of florist goods! Great for weddings I made my own bouquet from faux flowers from here. Shame about the grumpy staff.

Friendly staff, always willing to help, they have most things you would need as a florist. And have a section for wedding items and an isle for birthday props too, along with an endless array of coloured ribbons.. the dress flowers are beautiful and they have imitation flowers too.Definitely worth a look, even if you just browse.

I did a photoshoot here one evening in January with a classical harpist, Rebecca Barnes.Louise, the owner of Whittington's, came to open up the shop floor after hours and was the most accommodating person I've ever met. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and arranged everything she could so we got the perfect shot.There are rows and rows of silk flowers and the displays are just wonderful to look at, we were in our element for this photoshoot. At the back were real flowers kept in a fridge and we finalised the shoot. Louise spent a whole hour of her time helping us out and suggesting areas that look lovely and atmospheric.Louise was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in what we were trying to achieve - I highly recommend Whittingtons not only for her personal service but because of the incredible variety of colourful products they have to pick from all year round!

Huge selection of top quality silk and foam flowers with a big range of other wedding and party items. Helpful staff as well and good value.
