The manager here is excellent has great patience, is understanding and helpful.I came in to his p.o to cash a energy fuel grant voucher and he helped me with what to do very patiently and clearly thank you he was a joy to deal with and a happy man . The shop seemed to sell everything you need too quite bigAs no other store would help

Fine to hand in pre-labelled parcels but you’d be better off buying Royal Mail products online with home collection.My partner tried to send a 48 tracked large letter with no signature as she was following official government directives to send in documents to legalise.This product is part of Royal Mail offering but somehow the guy convinced her to send it with first class instead, claiming that you could only send 24/48 tracked with signature.Had to go back and have the letter handed back to me. Wasted time and 1.6£ for a 1st class large letter stamp.As a customer I shouldn’t know more about Royal Mail offering than the post office person. Absolutely avoidable when all the information needed is available at your fingertips.

When Summertown Coop closed I had to search for a post office nearby.A short drive away but the gentleman at Kendall Crescent post office is always helpful and efficient, I use this branch regularly now.

The postmaster at our local sub post office is always friendly and helpful. I would not wish to see it close down

I don’t like to write a bad review but I couldn’t stop myself and like to share my experience such a disgusting service I went to the post office to deposit money into my HSBC account around 17.15 I knew post office closes at 17.30 the person told me put the card in the card reader and pass me the money as I took the money out of the envelope soon as he sees the money he said oh I can’t take it if it was straight forward I would take it as I am closing I said to him you close at 17.30 why are you refusing to serve me he said sorry I just realize that I have a problem with my safe( electronic failure)clearly he didn’t want to count the money that was totally unprofessional. Post office try to persuade people to do their banking at the post office but people like him not helpful at all I have recorded the video which is I will send to the post office headquarters .
