Wonderful customer service today from the Masons. This has been our family's go-to jewellers for many decades. I'd just like to say a huge thank you to Mr Mason for his time and patience in literally letting me try on half the rings in the window. Beautiful, quality jewellery!

Left a bracelet in to have a new clasp added. This clasp was not something they held in stock so was ordered in specifically for me. Once it arrived into store, they asked if I wouldn't mind calling in to see if I was happy before they fitted it. On inspection they gave me their opinions on what would look best and after we agreed on it, said they'd have it ready for collection within 30 mins. The braclet was repaired and they also had it cleaned before handing it back to me. l definitely would recommend this jewellers as their knowledge and customer service goes above and beyond. Ask for a battery replacement and was completed in 30 minutes outstanding service.
