Got a Flat with them for a few Years, always been precise in everything, every single issue is been fixed in not more then 2 days, did not had major issue, but always found them really helpful in all my query, response time to my mails usually just a couples of hours.I can't be served better by this agency, special thanks to all the guys in the office as Abbas, Maria and all the other which are been always great to support me in all my query.Sad is been the day I left the flat, but we had too for personal reason.We made a good cleaning and they checked, without chase for professional one which our job were done really well, so got the full deposit back without any problem.The deposit is keep by external company, so no way to be more professional.Thanks Lancashire Properties, I can't wait to get back to use your service again.

The most unprofessional state agency I ever came across! If you're dealing with a woman called Maria run for your life!She's rude and super unprofessional.All the properties I viewed are in unbelievably bad conditions and are nothing like the photos on the ads. False advertisement at it's best.
