So disappointed with the food it went in the bin. First time ordered and fair to say we won't be ordering again. Phoned restaurant only for them to say sorry there is nothing we can do everything was cooked fresh for us.. sweet and sour sauce was awful and the munchies box wasn't of much better standard..very disappointed customers

Absolutely appalling food, my sweet & sour pork was tough and hard inside the pork like hadn't been cooked properly. Also my wife's food was barely edible too! We phoned them up, and we were told basically that's how they make the food. We WON'T be ordering from them again! If there could be a minus score, it would have been used- BEWARE!

Well ordered chicken breast chips and gravy which I got but no where does it say that the chicken is still on the bone,if this was stated I wouldn't of ordered this. So false advertising at its best and the delivery driver just dumped the food on the path and as I answered the door he was getting in the car shouting Chinese very professional.

ordered fish and chips chips reheated dirty brown colour full of chip eyes BLOODY AWFULL luke warm uneatable fish small luke warm NEVER use this place again will tell everybody i know to keep away WORST fish and chips in carlisle waste of good money on GARBAGE

Will never order from here again! Waited over an hour and paid £15.20 for fried rice that tastes and looks like it's came out a microwave packet, beef so fatty you need teeth of a shark to chew it, soggy salt and pepper chips that are freezing and a bag full of prawn cracker crumbs looks like somone has played football with the bag! Ruined my night and hangover food!

Will never order from here again, ordered in the shop to be delivered, they got the order wrong, called me a liar, waited over half an hour for them to put it right by which time the rest of the meal was stone cold. ..avoid this place and use lucky date instead much better Chinese takeaway

Ask 100 people about their experience of a particular takeaway and you'll get a 100 different responses.This is my local and I get the same one or two dishes from it every time. It's fine. Not spectacular, but fine.Can get busy with phone/web orders so if that's your preferred option, you takes your chances.

Was the go to for years. Not what it was. Used to get proper chip shop chips what you get now is cheap horrible things. Used to get a good portion and but that's not the case now. Cuts are obviously being made due to the circumstances. Don't mind paying more, don't want food of a lesser quality.

Rang to ask where our food was after waiting nearly 2 hours to be told they would check with the driver and ring us back. They never did! Food eventually arrived and driver hammered on the door and left food sat on door step. No apology or anything. Food wasn’t very hot and most of it went in the bin!! Won’t be ordering from them again.
