I have just completed a 10 session course with Becky and my stats have improved massively. I have rediscovered my enjoyment and confidence around exercise. Becky always arrived with a bespoke workout for me. Variety and challenge in each session. The only reason I am not continuing working with Becky is because I want to continue with a gym based PT at present but would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Great tailored training and very patient with my lack of coordination! Particularly good kettlebell training work.

Becky has been helping me with nutrition advice combined with exercise .Becky is very knowledgeable.

Just wrapping up a 6 week package with Becky today and really amazed with the fitness test results and how well my body has responded to the sessions. Becky has been brilliant, adapting exercises to accommodate, pushing me much further than I’d go on my own and helping me re-learn how to exercise and build my strength safely and effectively.
