Visited here on 16th Of January to do some business with my sister who had recently lost her husband. The service we recieved was excellent.The staff could not of been more helpful and my sister and i would like to thank Hannah and Zoe for making what we thought would be a difficult visit very easy. A credit to Coventry building society Bellgreen.

Don't understand the 5 star reviews , I am seriously concerned about the lack of compassion and common sense the manager at this branch has displayed. Instead of trying to help resolve problems thinks it's ok to be rude , unhelpful and cause untold stress at a hugely difficult time can't get my head round why you wouldn't want to do everything you could do to help, think it's ok to withhold access to accounts when they know this is leading to carers for elderly not being able to be paid what do they want to see happen before they will provide a resolution to a problem, fully understand procedures but their must be protocols in place for people who unfortunately become seriously ill , unbelievable, sad and pathetic maybe more training seriously needed or maybe just some common sense HELP people ever heard of that
