We purchased a birdbath that was supposed to be Frostproof but it cracked during the first winter. The supplier refused to offer any compensation and advised that it should not be used in the winter. Very disappointing!

This is an excellent company. I ordered an item but unfortunately it was delivered damaged by a third party courier. I contacted the company and a replacement item was delivered within two days. Excellent service and would use this company again in the future.

Dreadful customer aftercare bought a set of ornamental dragons for £145 and one broke 6 months later! When i contacted them they said it wasn’t there problem so please buyer bewareDawn MorganSwansea
