Very happy with the service from start to finish from the company. Paul was open and honest when quoting us, the fitters were friendly and professional and felt reassured in the product quality with a visit to the showroom. Nice to work with a local company with a hands on business owner and a great end result. Would definitely recommend and will use again when we rebuild the porch.

John managed to start the work around the time he had forecast, and judged the exact timing beautifully to avoid weather problems for us. The whole job was completed faster than expected, and the finished conservatory is absolutely super - bright and clean and sound. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company!

Terrible experience. Waited 3 weeks from original request for someone to come out to measure the windows. At the appointed time I had a 1 second missed call on my phone. I rang back immediately, no answer. 90 mins later said they had been to house and wouldn't accept they might have got the address wrong, when I said I wasn't sure I wanted to use them now he said 'well thanks for wasting my time' and put the phone down! So unprofessional. I don't know if the company is going downhill or it's just one person but be very careful with this company.

John put a new solid roof on our 20 year old conservatory, which we now call our garden room Very professional, good clean work by ‘super’ Steve. Always left each day clean and tidy. John kept us informed from beginning to end.. We are very pleased with the end result and would recommend them to our friends and family

Really pleased we decided to go with J.Paterson’s to have all our windows replaced. Excellent communication, quick and clear. Answered all our questions before going ahead with the job in a thorough and precise manner. Delivery and fitting was much sooner than expected and can’t fault the standard at all. I’m pretty fussy and they look great. Fitter did an excellent job, very professional and pleasant to have around, friendly and tidy. Completely happy to recommend to others!

We had a conservatory built. We were extremely happy with the advice and service provided. Having never done anything like this before we were reliant on the advice given. Everyone working on the project turned up on time and were helpful and professional and very nice which is always a bonus. We will be using our new space a lot and have had numerous positive comments.

Very happy with the service - after a less than satisfactory experience with another company, The Window Company took over the project very efficiently. They managed the planning consent application and installation of 8 new windows very professionally. The fitter was on time, polite and efficient - even pointing out marks in the glass and ordering a new pane before I had noticed it myself. Would definitely recommend
